Customers have the option to upgrade their shipping method when checking out. We will send the order using the upgraded shipping method for the fee that is shown in the shopping cart.
We do not get involved in any customs regulations that pertain to deliveries to any foreign country. We provide the standard custom forms that are required, but do not get involved with any fees or customs charges. Those, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can return the item to us for a refund if you notify us by email within 48 hours of receiving the damaged or defective item. Please contact us at customerservice@flagsgeorgia.com for return instructions. We do not refund the return shipping fee unless you receive authorization in advance for the method of return.
Orders can be cancelled anytime prior to shipping. Once we have shipped the order, we can not cancel an order.
You can return an order within 30 days of purchase. Returned flag patches must be in their original unused condition. Please write the order number on the return package. We do not refund any shipping for returned orders unless the order was received damaged, defective or the wrong items were sent. We charge a 10% restocking fee for returned orders if the order was returned for a reason other than damage, defect or our error.

Sales Tax:
The shopping cart will automatically add 7% sales tax to any order that is being shipped to the state of Georgia.
Shipping Information:
Most orders ship the same day if ordered before 3pm eastern time Monday-Friday. Customers who choose our free shipping within the US will have their orders shipped via First Class Mail without tracking. You may add tracking to your package for $4.95 during checkout.
Standard international shipping outside the US will have their orders sent International First Class Mail depending upon the country that we are shipping to. We sometimes upgrade the shipping method to Priority Mail or Global Priority Mail for larger orders. There is no additional charge to the customer if we choose to upgrade the shipping and upgrades are at our discretion.
